1. Introduction
Welcome to PWR Endure.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and participation in any PWR Endure-branded event, race, or program (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, registering for an event, or engaging with any PWR Endure activity, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
2. About PWR Endure
PWR Endure is a UK-based endurance running company specialising in Backyard Ultra Marathons and long-distance endurance events. Our ethos - “Warriors Don’t Complain” - represents our belief in discipline, perseverance, and community.
We organise endurance events, provide training and media content, and build partnerships that promote health, resilience, and the running community worldwide.
3. Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or have written guardian consent if aged 16–17.
You must be medically and physically fit to participate in endurance events.
You agree to provide true, current, and complete registration information.
PWR Endure reserves the right to refuse entry or withdraw participants for safety, misconduct, or rule violations.
All registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation by PWR Endure (see Section 7).
4. Participation & Conduct
By taking part in a PWR Endure event, you agree to:
Follow all event rules, signage, and official instructions.
Respect other participants, volunteers, and venue staff.
Avoid behaviour that could endanger yourself or others.
Adhere to environmental and “Leave No Trace” principles.
Failure to comply may result in disqualification or exclusion from future events.
5. Health, Safety & Risk Acknowledgement
Participation in endurance running carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, dehydration, fatigue, and adverse weather conditions.
By entering any PWR Endure event, you:
Confirm that you are medically fit to participate.
Accept full personal responsibility for your health and wellbeing during the event.
Release PWR Endure, its organisers, partners, and venue hosts from any liability for injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of proven negligence.
Consent to first aid or medical treatment provided by event personnel if required.
6. Equipment & Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Bringing suitable clothing, footwear, lighting, and safety gear.
Managing your own hydration and nutrition.
Securing personal property - PWR Endure is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
7. Event Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
PWR Endure reserves the right to:
Modify the event format, course, or schedule due to weather, safety, or operational needs.
Cancel or postpone an event for reasons beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics).
Refunds or credits will be issued according to the PWR Endure Refund Policy, available on our website. PWR Endure is not liable for travel or accommodation costs related to cancellations.
8. Insurance
PWR Endure maintains Public Liability Insurance for all officially organised events.
Participants are encouraged to obtain personal accident and travel insurance covering endurance activities.
9. Media, Marketing & Content Rights
By attending a PWR Endure event, you grant permission for:
The use of your image, voice, and likeness in photography, film, or media created during the event.
PWR Endure to use such material for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.
Participants may request image removal by written notice, where feasible and reasonable.
10. Environmental & Community Responsibility
PWR Endure is committed to sustainability. All participants agree to:
Dispose of waste responsibly and respect the environment.
Avoid disturbing wildlife or damaging vegetation.
Support our community ethos of courtesy, inclusion, and respect for others.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, media, and materials produced by PWR Endure - including the name, logo, and slogan “Warriors Don’t Complain” - are protected under UK intellectual property law.
No part of our content may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
12. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

13. Liability Limitation
Except where prohibited by law, PWR Endure and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential loss, including travel costs, accommodation, or loss of earnings.
Injury, illness, or death resulting from participation, unless caused by negligence.
Your use of our Services is at your own risk.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PWR Endure, its directors, employees, sponsors, and partners against any claims, costs, or damages arising from your actions or breach of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
