Your information
How PWR Endure uses your information when you enter an event or contact the team.
PWR Endure is responsible for the registration information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests about your details, email info@pwrendure.com.
We collect the buyer’s name, email and phone number, plus each runner’s name, date of birth, sex, address, postcode, mobile, email and emergency contact number. We also ask about running experience, social handles, how you heard about PWR and acceptance of the event conditions.
We use this information to process entries, check event eligibility, send confirmations and race instructions, manage check-in, respond to questions and help the event team contact someone in an emergency. If you book for other runners, share this notice with them. Let your emergency contact know you have provided their number.
Booking administration is necessary to provide the event entry you request. Event safety, fraud prevention and the protection of booking records support our legitimate interests in running the event responsibly. We also keep transaction records where required for legal and accounting purposes.
Card payments are completed with Stripe. We send the buyer’s email, booking reference, ticket quantity and amount to Stripe, and receive the payment status and transaction references. Full card numbers are not stored in our booking database. Stripe explains its own processing in its privacy policy.
MDUK codes are used to check ticket coverage. We store a protected hash of each code and its redemption status to prevent reuse.
Authorised PWR organisers and technical support can access booking information where needed to administer and support the event. The website and booking service use Amazon Web Services; new booking records are hosted in its London region. Stripe provides payment processing. These providers may process information in other countries under the safeguards described in their privacy terms. We do not sell runner information.
We retain registration details while they are needed to organise the event and deal with related questions, refunds or incidents. Retention is reviewed when those purposes end. Limited transaction records may need to be kept for longer to meet accounting or legal obligations. Code-redemption hashes are retained to prevent a used code being accepted again.
Recovery copies for the new booking service can retain earlier versions for up to 35 days after a record changes. For questions about a particular record or a request to remove information, contact the team.
The “Can I run an ultra?” questionnaire and training tools work in your browser. Answers are not sent to PWR or saved in browser storage. Leaving or refreshing the page clears them. The contact form prepares an email draft; it does not send the enquiry automatically.
This website does not use advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting and security services receive technical request information needed to serve and protect the site, which can include an IP address and browser details. A temporary booking reference may be kept in your browser session so you can return to an unfinished checkout; the entry form itself is not saved there.
Partner sites, social links and the documentary have their own privacy practices. The Instagram section currently shows a selected archive rather than an account-connected live feed. Apparel & Gear is not accepting online orders yet.
The homepage includes the PWR documentary using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. When the player loads, your browser connects to YouTube and Google. Their privacy policy explains how they handle information. You can pause the background film using its control. If your device requests reduced motion, the film stays paused until you choose to play it.
You can contact us to request access to your personal information, correct inaccurate details, or ask about deletion, restriction, objection or portability where those rights apply. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
