These terms apply to use of the PWR Endure website, communications and event information. By using the website or registering for an event, you agree to follow the relevant event rules and safety instructions.

2. Event registration
Participants must provide accurate details, meet any event age requirements, and ensure they are physically prepared for endurance running. Entry may be refused or withdrawn for safety, misconduct or breach of event rules.
3. Health, safety and risk
Endurance events involve risk, including fatigue, injury, illness, weather exposure and dehydration. Participants are responsible for judging their own fitness, preparing appropriate kit, and following organiser instructions.
4. Equipment and personal property
Runners are responsible for clothing, footwear, lighting, hydration, nutrition and belongings. Personal items are brought to events at the owner’s risk.
5. Event changes and cancellations
The organiser may modify the route, schedule, format or event arrangements where required for safety, weather, venue or operational reasons. Refund rules should be checked at the point of ticket purchase.
6. Media consent
Photography and video may be captured at events for promotional use. Where reasonable, requests for removal can be submitted in writing.
7. Community standards
Participants, crews, volunteers, sponsors and spectators must treat others with respect, follow Leave No Trace principles, and avoid conduct that could endanger others or damage the venue.
8. Intellectual property
Brand names, logos, event materials, design assets and website content belong to their respective owners and should not be copied without permission.
9. Data protection
Personal data should be processed in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Read how we use your information.
